This doesn't really interest me but I would only try it if one of the parks was doing a 24 hour event the same time. Then you easily have time to fly whatever direction you need, nap on the plane and get 2 full days at both parks.
Another idea would to go to WDW on a night when MK is open past midnight, then fly to DL on the 1st flight in the morning. Technically still the same day but much more do-able.
