Day 4 March 17, 2010
Plan: Albatross Treasure Cruise, Captains Grille, Ice Cream with @LauraSpencerOne and @wifeandmomuniv and family at Beaches and Cream, and Welcome Home Wednesday
Actual: We were very slow getting up. We had a quick breakfast and then I took DD(8) and DS out to the dock at Yacht Club for the Albatross Treasure Cruise.
It was a surprise fun, pirate adventure. I did not think DD(13) would be interested, so I booked an ADR for DH, DD(13) and I at Captains Grille for brunch. I was correct, she enjoyed spending time with us while her siblings searched for buried treasure. When they returned, they were happy and had a blast! DS told us how they had to sneak into Epcot. 
Too cute! We had no park plans for the day and were hoping to get some pool time if the weather would permit. No such luck. We just enjoyed the resort and could not wait to go to Beaches and Cream for the first time. We were going to get the Kitchen Sink, after all it could not be as much as I had heard and seen, right? Wrong
We met @wifeandmomuniv and family there, they had ordered their meals and I was looking forward to seeing @LauraSpencerOne again. It had been since training and seeing her was great! All the kids ended up sitting together and the men at a table and the three of us at a table. We had a chance to hang out with the Boss, how cool is that! WAY COOL! We got the Kitchen Sink and it was TOTALLLY AWESOME!
The 5 of us attacked it and divided it up pretty well, but there was still enough to share. We never made it to the soup that I had heard and read about. No way, it was GONE. We had a wonderful time. 
Then, because @wifeandmomuniv and I are DVC members, we decided to head over to Welcome Home Wednesdays and catch the end. @wifeandmomuniv and family had been before and had filled us in, but we were later than we thought and it was wrapping up. We got a sample of the show and cool DVC hats. From the little we saw, it reminded us of the Doorway to Dreams Events in Schaumburg, IL and we will definitely return, and on time! ☺ We really enjoyed spending time with @wifeandmomuniv and family! It is not often that kids click so well and everyone gets along. Very nice!
We headed back home for dinner and here is hiccup number 1 chicken was spoiled.
I could not oven bake anything. 
No problem, I thought, I will make Sloppy Joes. I browned the meat, added the Sloppy Joe Seasoning and here is hiccup number 2 I realized I forgot to buy tomato paste. I asked DH to run to Beach Club Marketplace and get either tomato paste or sauce. I could cry when he called and said that they did not have any. 
He was willing to drive to Walmart, but I told him we were going to have to go out, because my nerves were bad at this point! He came back up and we decided to head over to Disney's BoardWalk for dinner. We were thinking about going to Big River Grille and Brew Works, but there was a wait, so we headed over to Swan and Dolphin. We had not been there before and had no idea where we could eat or what we even wanted. We decided to go the Dolphin and eat at The Fountain. We looked around at several choices before finally deciding, but we enjoyed our meal. I do not know if we would have even considered eating at the Swan and Dolphin if not for our circumstance, however, we will definitely be booking a few ADRs there in the future. Very nice resort! Again, our resort location was ideal, we had so many choices within walking distance. It is very easy to see why the BoardWalk Resort and Yacht & Beach Club Resorts are favorites for so many DVC members.
We returned home and watched Princess and the Frog!
Then, it was lights out.
