Just a little FYI 
The Disney store website is running a promo for $20 off a purchase of $100 and free shipping (order must be $100 after discount to get the free shipping). It has the usual exclusions but I was able to purchase a $75 Pandora charm and add items to bring my total to $100 and still get the $20 discount. I grabbed more things I was planning to get in the parks anyway so that I could get the free shipping too. I know its technically not a discount on the charm itself, it was just a nice surprise to not have to purchase an additional $100 on top of the charm in order to get the discount.
I have no idea if this will work with only Pandora items in your cart, or on any other items that are on the exclusion list.
