Does anyone know how I can contact costumer service? I have tried for 2 days using the phone number on their site and no one ever answers. Thanks.

I didn't have any luck by phone either so I tried using their e-mail form. Two days later I got a response asking for my order number (which I provided in my original e-mail to them). Luckily, my issue ressolved without me needing to get in touch with them anymore.

No kidding! I waited 45 minutes yesterday. At least I got an e-mail today saying my package was being shipped and would arrive the 24th!
