Disneyshopping.com coupon question

I received an email today with a 10% and 20% off code that expires today. Is the discount already taken off? The things are more expensive when I put them in my cart, then they show a discount price of what was shown on the page. Then it won't let me use the code. I hope that makes sense.

Example:
Disney mailbox says it is on sale for $119.20 then when I put it in my cart is says $149 then 20% off then $119.20. Then it won't let me use the code. Am I missing something?

ETA: It seems to only be doing that for the 20% code. The 10% comes off right.

Some codes are only good for some things. If it is something from the Outlet store, I think there is only a 10% right now. Some items the code doesn't apply.

I tried to order last night...first, it gave me the 10% on the outlet stuff, but when I finally clicked check out at 1:07AM....it wouldn't do the discount and it wouldn't do free shipping .

So I emailed CS. This morning I tried again,and I found it interesting that when I used the outlet10 coupon, two items said 'N/A' under discount. THEN I added the shopping20 code and those two items came up at 20% off!

So you have to be careful with this system, to make sure you actually get your discount !

I figured it out. Once I put the code in everything else I looked at came up with the 20% off. I orderd the character mailbox. I can't wait to get it.
