Copper Creek almost seems to have been forgotten about for the fall Free Dining and early Fall Room Only discounts.

It is not listed on the list of resorts eligible for the discount. But it is also not listed on the "exclusions" list. When you look at Copper Creek there is no listing of either promotion, even just to tell you there is no availability. If you look at Copper Creek on the list of all resorts for either promotion it says it is not eligible.

I am HOPING that a Room Only discount will be available for Copper Creek for late fall, especially if the discount is released once CCVC is actually open. Regardless we will be staying there in December.

We have heard that the order the resorts are decorated in varies each year, so there is no guarantee year to year when the WL will be decorated, but they are all done before Thanksgiving.

Specifically for WL.....

In the event that one smokes - there are now TWO DSL's at the Lodge: One for BRV, one for the Lodge proper. Lodge proper is located at the Water Tower, just outside Geyser Point. Lodge DSL outside south exit has been eliminated. Observation on site - May 3 2017.

Is the Teton bike and boat rental still closed? And if yes, is there a projected opening date? Is there anywhere else to rent the searacers? I wasn't sure if anyone can rent them at any resort or if you have to be a guest at that resort. Thanks!

The marina hasn't opened up yet. I would guess that they will wait until construction is finished first.

You can rent a sea racer at any resort.

I really don't know what they have planned for the marina. I have been told that they hope to have most things finished and opened by the time Copper Creek Villas and cabins open in mid July.

Sooo so I don't have to read the last 300 pages of thread can someone give me some info... when will the WL construction be completed ? We have a trip planned end of October and may be looking to switch to this resort. Will there still be a beach area at all? And what is the pool bar situation? We're a young couple and like to relax by the pool slash beach areas with a nice beverage in hand. And the boat takes you just to MK or is there one for other places too?

Sometime mid-summer is the "scheduled" end of most construction; no guarantees. Not sure on the beach situation but there used to be an area at the main pool to relax and enjoy an adult beverage. The boat stops at CR and then on to the MK or goes straight to only the MK. You can also take a boat to Ft. Wilderness. If you're looking at a possible resort switch, I highly recommend the WL. It's a beautiful and peaceful resort and worthy of spending time at.

Hi DVC member here! How many floors were converetrd to Copper Creek? Was it an entire wing? Also, I'm currently waitlisted for Copper so this is different than Boulder? Are my chances great at one more than the other? are Villas different in size between the two buildings? Thank you!

The entire south wing was converted to DVC units, even the club level floor and area overlooking the lobby. There is more information about the new Copper Creek villas on other threads. The room layouts are a little different from the Boulder Ridge room layouts, mostly because they had converted resort rooms into villas and had to work with a little different room size.
