Does anyone know how this works?

The new Disney Visa card states you get a $50 on board credit when using their card to charge a cruise. How do you get this credit?

Can this be combined with other "offered" on board credits or is it just one credit to a room?

:D

You will need to call DCL with the code. I believe you can not combine offers, but it doesn't hurt to ask DCL.

Thanks.

The reservations are not directly with DCL though. Should we call the person who we made the reservations with, or still call DCL with our reservation number.

First time cruiser and I'm a bit confused.

:D

Disney Visa -- Does the cruise line accept that card?

In my Disney Visa Statement this month there was a flyer for a $100 credit if you paid for a 7/2003 - 12/2003 cruise on the card. Code DVF I believe (?)

I had Dreams credit/recharge my deposit and subsequent payments to Disney Visa and got the $100 credit plus some reward points!

LoveMickey, I just checked this out and this is what I have found. You must use the card to book the initial $250 deposit and the final amount you owe and if you ask for DVF code is it only good for bookings 8/30/03 thru 12/13/03. The amount of on board credit is $100. You can use the code DCC for a $50 credit for any bookings thru 12/31/03. These offers are found on Disney Visa's website www.bankone.com/disney under "offers". Good luck

Thank your all for the info.

We'll be working on that to get our $100 since we did put the deposit down on the D Visa and planning on paying it off with the D visa and we are sailing right after Thanksgiving.

Gotta love these boards.

:D

I used the Disney Visa for the deposit and paid off the cruise using it to get the $50. onboard credit. Yesterday I read this thread and learning about the new offer. I called my TA and they called Disney and I now have a $100. onboard credit instead of the $50. one.

Thanks Savsawmom

What if you booked your cruise a year ago before the D visa card was out. Is there a was to pay the balance owed with the D visa card and still get the $100 credit.

Is the $100 credit per stateroom? We have two booked.

Thanks...Johnnie
