Disney's "untouchable" attraction?

Since the updating of Pirates, I don't think anything is safe from never changing.

But I think popular classics that originated in Disneyland like Haunted Mantion and Space Mountain will always be there. I don't think there are any rides in the other parks that are "untouchable," though (well, except Kilamanjaro Safari just cause it's so expansive)

Actually HM wasn't an original item at Disneyland, it came after... It was 2 years after they built the building that the ride opened as well. Space Mountian didn't open till 75. That is at Disneyland.

The Jungle cruise was also updated at WDW over DL becauase at DL they still use the real guns with blanks.


The Swiss Family Treehouse at DL has also been updated to Tarzan's Treehouse... So that could change at the MK as well.

I don't think that anything is sacred. If the attraction is no longer an attraction, based on numbers or the cost of maintianing etc, it will be changed or removed.
