Disney's The Princess And The Frog Light-Up Handbag

One of the first merchandise I got of Disney's The Princess And The Frog was a handbag that I wonder if it has any collector's value to it. The handbag features Tiana and Ray with the phrase "Love Always Finds A Way" and is lavender colored with a blue handle. What makes this handbag unique is that it has a battery inside that makes Ray light up. Sadly on my handbag Ray no longer lights up but I carried this handbag when I would go out. Is this a collector's item?
