Disney's The Magic Behind Our Steam Trains Tour

Do you think Disney will bring this tour back. I really enjoyed it and would like to take my son in law ( a civil engineer specializing in train transportation) and grandsons on the tour.

I wish they would bring it back too. We enjoyed it years ago and would love to do it again.

We loved it, too, and would love to do it again. I can’t speculate on whether they’ll bring it back or not, though, because they’ve surprised me more than once.

I think they stopped offering it because of the TRON construction which stopped the train from going around the park. Now that TRON is working and the train can go around the park, they are doing more upgrades to Magic Kingdom and the train is a victim of the new construction again.

I really want to do this tour again. It was fantastic.

If your family arrives in MCO… jump on the monorail for Terminal C because the new Brightline Train Station is located at this terminal and it is fantastic view of trains .

Shame loved them and they were Walt Disney favorite hope they remember and bring them back.

I wish they would bring it back too. I greatly enjoyed it. Since you are right there next to the monorails, it would be nice to do something there also, but I do not think it would be as interesting as the steam train part.

Sorry to read here that it’s gone. My DH did it twice because he liked it so much. I did it once with him.

If you at Magic Kingdom, go to Guest Services near the main entrance, go in and ask to added to the list of people who want to bring back this tour ("Behind the Steam Trains tour"). This brings awareness to them that people want the tour back. I talked to some of the train engineers and they would love to bring this tour back, to give them some new things to do.
