Disney's right of refusal

We got tired of playing the ROFR's game with Disney and bought 300 pts (2 - 150 pts contracts) with the F&F discount.
We'd like to go the first week of May....what are the chances of us getting a 2 bdr villa at BW or BC? There will be six of us going this time since we got the extra pts from 2005, we decided to take the grandparents (3 of them).
Has anyone stayed in a 2 bdr DVC property in WDW? How are they set up? What did you think of them?

I just became a member while cruising on the Magic. I was told by the DVC rep that a price increase goes into effect on March 1st of this year. It's going up to $101 a point.

I would think your chances of a 2 BR are good, but weaker at the two places you list. BC is the smallest so... it just depends. However, I expect that OKW and SSR have openings so ask about them and do a wait list for the others if they are full.

The BCV are divine. BR #2 had 2 full beds in it and the couch in the LR pulled out as well. Plenty of space. There was even a couch in our master suite which also pulled out. The kids slept on that most of the time, leaving BR#2 vacant. You won't be disappointed.
