That was the basic policy when we were there last June. We were at the CBR hub (heading from AoA to DHS) and they stopped loading people and were only emptying the Skyliner cabins. It was sunny outside, but there was a lightning strike within 10 miles so they had to shut down. The CMs didn't offer information unless asked, but were happy to share if someone asked. We were told they had to wait a certain amount of time (I think it was like 10-15 minutes at most. It wasn't terribly long.) to see if the weather cleared enough to be able to start up the Skyliner again. In the meantime, they did head counts for each of the destinations so they knew how many buses they would need if they couldn't restart the Skyliner. During that waiting time the storm rolled in, so they had to call buses. The buses were there in less than 5 minutes once they made the call.
