We just returned for a short stay at POP. Just my husband and I, no kids. We checked in Jan 1st. We did online check in, stating that we’d be arriving by 5pm. By 6pm our room still wasn’t ready, and since we had a dinner ADR I went ask the status at the front desk just so we’d know if we’d need to get ready for dinner in the lobby! Ha!
It was New Year’s Day, and we requested a king room, so I think that had something to do with the delay. Anyways, the CM checking on it was so nice and apologetic. He ended up giving us
Genie+ for our Epcot day, and then his manager came by and said they were giving us Genie for our MK day too! How awesome is that?!! We were so thankful. And on top of that they got us in our king room at that time as well! Kudos to POP for excellent customer service.
And same H2O products.
