That’s true. However I don’t want to risk it. You can see the views of that side/entry and golf from the upper floor hall windows and green space lounges. I’m not a fan. Thanks your update from the resort. Any updates on the Wailulu Bar & Grill or how busy the pools are for this holiday weekend?
Just to clarify the lady you met lost the preferred view lottery. She got a room on floors 6-8, one of the (8) deluxe studios - preferred view studios that have the same view as you but since they are sightly higher up so they get to see the Golf course in the distance. The deluxe studios - preferred view studios on floors 4-5 actually overlook the resort / cove pool.
The other (16) deluxe studios of the (24) - preferred view studios overlook the resort / cove pool / Seven Seas Lagoon.

Also floor 2 doesn’t have a view. I agree with Tom Corliss wdnt the wall on 2nd floor blocks any view unless tall and standing.
I am always willing to pay for what I want. No view or undesirable is not generally worth it for me. Things happen like last minute changes or discount availability so I do book things I don’t love at times.
Thx for the input for people following , Dave. Nice details.
