Disney's OKW point price for add ons and new contracts?

I'm sure I've seen this before since I've been making mental notes for along time about the ins and outs of the purchases, but I just called my Guide Nick today and since he was out I asked a few simple questions, like how much per point for OKW and was told $98 the same as SSR. Can this be true? I thought it was less.

Thanks in advance for any light you might be able to shed on this.
