Disney's Magical Express questions

I'm renting points to a large group staying in 4 2-BRs. To call MS and add DME, will I need the address and phone of each person? Right now I just have one address/phone listed per reservation. MS has been very strict with their rules so far, so I want to have all my i's crossed and t's dotted before calling.

How much time should I allow to receive the DME package? Check-in is 5/28. I know DME has to be set up 10 days in advance, but I'll also need time to forward the package to the renter.

The last time I had to provide all names but not all addresses - this was in September and December. Some of our family members were from out of state and the luggage tags were sent to the person whose address was on the reservation not to me.

Thanks! With four full 2-BRs, that'll make it a lot easier! Sending it to the address on the reservations will help also. If only MS would allow the person on the reservation to call, instead of me acting as the intermediary...
