My husband's boss has the disposable income to purchase something like this, and I have told him many times that this would make a perfect company retreat! Oh to dream.
Just the perks of owning in the neighborhood would sell me on it. Forget about the home itself, nightly view of the firesworks, a town car service to and from the park and don't forget the yearly passes.....
