Disney's Florida Fun in the Sun Ticket ?? It is only $278!?! Can It be used by anyone

I doubt you would have any trouble using it if you have the voucher since I believe you can give them as gifts from overseas.

The Florida Fun in the Sun Pass is available for sale here in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with benefits as previously described. The price through October 2002 is approximately EUR 330,- per adult and EUR 265,- per child.
The advertising material here does specify that the tickets are only available in these markets.
We purchased these tickets a couple of years back and had to produce vouchers and ID at the Disney ticket office. The passes were printed out on "Florida resident annual pass" ticket stock. We had to do the two finger biometric entry thing.
I don´t know how comfortable I would have felt if I had not been able to prove residency in Germany.
