 Hi All,

Has anyone done this tour? Am thinking of doing this on our next visit and wondered if anyone has any info on what it entails and do you think we should book this before we go? or just try when we're there. We are going to be there for 2 weeks in early Dec and didn't think it would be too buisy then.

Thanx Audrey. ::MinnieMo

We really enjoyed this tour last Feb. It started at 10 am I think and took a couple of hours we crisscrossed the park doing daft things, rode TTA and at the end met up with Peter Pan and Wendy for photos and went on Philharmagic. We were lucky because there was another family with 2 boys the same age as my 2 so they palled up, if it had been all girls they might not have enjoyed it as much.

We booked it in advance but it was Presidents week so was pretty busy. I think I got a 10% AAA discount but may be wrong.

:) Thanx for the info Mo :goodvibes BTW what does TF stand for?
Much appreciated

Hi Audrey,

We did this in August and it was excellent! My DDs aged 6 & 9 thoroughly enjoyed it and to be honest, DH and I loved it as well! It's particularly good if you like to play along and don't mind looking a bit silly as well ;)

I can give more details if you like but won't post them here as I don't want to give anything away to anyone who's not yet done it!

I also have photos if you would like to see them. As Scotfan says, it started at 10 and finished at about 12. I think it was $25 per person.

Cheers

Karen

Posted at the same time as KAC! Lovely photos Kathryn :)

 Thanx for the piccies Kathryn!! They're great! :goodvibes I think $25 is a realy good price as well.

Thanx for the offer Karen, but i like surprises! and we'll all join in even if it means looking daft, i'm the really annoying person that skips around MK singing "It's a small World After All"(much to eldest DD's embaressment, she's 19 going on 29 :rotfl: ) Sad, i know :rolleyes1

Luv Audrey.

Lovely photos Kathryn. :goodvibes We are going to do this next time, it is more for my benefit than for anyone else's! :rotfl: It just sounds such fun. :goodvibes

I can't remember where I first read about it, I think it was on AllEars.

We did this a few years ago and loved it!

We knew nothing about it in advance, and only did it because of a free offer with the Magic Kingdom Club. I remember thinking afterwards that, if we'd known what we were in for, we would never have booked it! I'm so glad we did it though, as it was one of those real magical Disney experiences right out of the blue.

If you're up for a laugh, do it! :flower:

:Pinkbounc Thanx for that Hilary, I'm always up fot a laugh!

hi, we did the family magic tour in may, it was amazing my Dd,s are 9&7 and they loved it, it was only our family of four and my brother his wife and his children on the tour, his children were 3&4 it was a bit too old for them but they loved it.
I loved having exclusive time with peter and wendy with a cast member keeping away the general public saying sorry, this is a private tour! very V.i.P
and we also had the same Peter as in the photos! :teeth:

We just did this tour last Tuesday and loved it!!!!! We also had the same Peter Pan and Cory was our guide.

We did the family magic tour in July and loved it. We had an 11, 7 and 5 year old in our group and they all loved it. We also met Peter Pan and Wendy and the end and went to Mickey's PhilharMagic with them--it was great.

It was wonderful, goofing around the MK and seeing special things I had never noticed before. The character interaction was fantastic and something my kids still talk about. Worth every penny to see BIL, a quite serious character, having to pretend and act silly. You will have greeat fun,

Claire xx

:) Thanx for all your help. i just hope we can book this as it would be a shame to miss it. Not too long to go now, am getting excited! :Pinkbounc

Luv Audrey,

I will definately be booking this tour for our family trip now - thanks again! :)

The pictures are fabulous. Thank you so much for posting them.

Kathryn, may I ask you what Wendy had in the disney shopping bags?
We have this tour booked for the first week of January and can hardly wait.

It was a bag to put the certificate in! We framed the certificates for our brothers wall ( he got one for being chef of the day, the family magic tour and one from the shop at AKL for taking part in the music parade!!)
