Disney's Dolphin Excursion vs Shoretrips...Help!

We are looking at booking our excursion with the dolphins and we can't figure out what the difference between going with Disney or using Shoretrips thru Nassau. I have heard that Disney's is more limited, anyone use one or both that could tell me the difference?

We had an extremely unpleasant experience with shoretrips, would never use them again....!! Next time we will book with Disney..
