I know!!...I didn't realize it was you when I responded!!! When are you headed to CSR or were you there already? We arrive on the 8th.

MJ

Actually, that's a trip in October, but we're here now staying in Poly and we're going to miss you by a day. We leave the 7th :worried:

In earlier trip experiences... when using Disney Magical Express... is CSR first or last to be dropped off?!

Depends on the trip. It is different every time.
Thank you!! I couldn't find a specific thread or post, so I posted this one.... and .... wouldn't you know it, I found one that said it just depends on the number of families that day and where they all need a to go... :worried:

:thanks:

I buy the Coffee Mate to go before I leave home. It doesn't have to be refrigerated until after opening and it comes in several flavors :earsboy:
Liquid Coffeemate also comes in individual servings that are trans fat free and don't require refrigeration.
That's what my Wife takes when we travel.

Coming back to my favorite resort April 9th - 20th. We cannot wait! We stayed Business Class last time and really liked it. We decided not to do it this time so that we can check out Pepper Market and Rix Cafe & Lounge this time.

30 days out until my conference at the Coronado! 1st conference at WDW and 1st stay at Coronado, super excited.

I am a little nervous about how long it takes to get from one side of the resort to the other side, as I have not stayed at a WDW hotel of this size. I hear the worst would be 10-15min, is that about right?

Our convention supplies breakfast and lunches, I am betting that the food areas will still be very crowded. Does anyone have any experience with problems getting food when there is a conference?

Any other tips for a conventioneer would be great, thanks!

The walking times are greatly exaggerated by some people. The farthest room would be no more than 10 mins to the front at a very slow walking speed. 7-8 mins at my pace, but could be 9-10 at a slow pace. A lot of times conventions get blocks of rooms in Casitas 1-3 which are very close to the convention center.

Does anyone know what rooms have traditionally been included in free dining at CSR? Is there a chance of getting free dining with a standard room or is it better to book preferred or business class in anticipation of standard rooms not being included in free dining in the fall?

Standard, preferred, and water view all can get the free dining. We go every year in November and so far there has been free dining when we are there. Hopefully they will offer it this fall again. The key is to call as soon as they post it because they only allow so many rooms with the free dining. I had this happen once but then as my dates got closer my room type opened up and I got it.

Do I remember correctly that there is a bus from CSR that goes to Blizzard Beach and Disney Springs? Is Blizzard Beach the closer of the two water parks?

There is an internal shuttle that makes a loop around CSR and heads to Blizzard Beach and back. It just keeps making that loop all day.

Blizzard Beach is 2 mins from the front gate of CSR. The shuttle almost makes it part of CSR it's so close.

Disney Springs has a bus that heads there just like the park buses.

Thanks for the info!

So the internal shuttle is something that we can take if staying in Casitas 4 and want to go to El Centrol? Can we then catch it back to Casitas? Sorry, I wasn't aware of an internal shuttle, I figured we would have to take a park bus and just get off at El Centro and then walk back.
