Can anyone tell me what kind of yogurt they sell at CSR, and if they have almond milk?

I would think, just like Coke products that are the same around the parks and resorts, that the other products like yogurt and milks would probably be the same brands also. This is not from CSR, but rather another resort from early February. I can see Oikos in one picture and I can see some Silk in with the milks in the other pic. I don't specifically see Almond milk, but it's possible they may have some somewhere.

Do they sell liquid coffee creamer at CSR? A bottle, that I could keep in our fridge.

Does anyone have a conference schedule for 2016. we are staying in November and we are wondering about the conferences

We have seen gators on different trips to CSR. None last month when we were there but hope to see one next week when we are there. We usually see one when we cross the bridge from Cabanas to the Dig Site.

Just checked the convention list and the Nurses Convention will be there when we are.

So glad to hear all the positive comments about the Business Club. We just booked it using my daughter's cast member discount for the weekend before we move to our home resort at BWV. The only downside is since they only have king beds, we have an odd man out :rolleyes1
They do have Business Class rooms with two queens. Are you saying that only the king room was available for you dates and the queen rooms are all booked up?

I believe they have Business Class rooms with 2 queens so they may have just been sold out or they were only offering the king rooms under the CM discount. Just don't post the CM rate as that is against board policy from what I understand.

I have the exact number somewhere, but from memory about 2/3's of the BC rooms are King rooms and 1/3 standard 2 queens. So the 2 queens do book up fast as they are cheaper and a lot fewer of them.

If anyone wants to stay at CSR the week after the Invictus Games, 5/8-12/16, they may be out of luck unless they've already secured reservations since CSR is ground zero for the Game participants.
I'm guessing that many of the participants from around the World want to extend their stay at CSR after the Games to take in the parks.
The WDW Reservations site has showed the CSR as booked solid for the week after the Games for the past several days.
I'm glad we secured our reservations early in February. :-)

I have just read this elsewhere, too. Having never stayed at CSR before do you think this will have much impact on the reaort? We are there 2nd to 11th May and now worried we've made a mistake...

Well...
You'll be there during the Invictus Games and as I understand the situation the CSR Convention Center is hosting the participants.
I would imagine that most of the participants will be busy at the Games while you are there.
My concern for that time period would be that Prince Harry, Michelle Obama, Jill Biden, and possibly former President George H Bush will be at the games and if they are going to give any speech's at the Convention Center the Security at CSR will be unbelievable.
We're booked for the week after you, and the Games, and my concern for that time is that many of the participants, whom are from all over the planet, will want to extend their visit to WDW to take in the parks, which I think is great and I hope they get to do so.
But..
Since CSR is showing no rooms available for that time period, not a common occurrence, I'm thinking that they may not have planned on stay overs and went ahead with bookings as normal thus putting them over capacity for then.
We'd gladly give up our reserved rooms to the Invictus participants but we'd need at least equal lodgings to stay in.

Thanks, I'd gladly take an upgrade elsewhere ;) There still appears to be some rooms available over my dates but I probably would have chosen differently if I realised CSR was the preferred hotel for the Games. I'm hoping it'll at least mean buses to the parks are slightly quieter over those days.

As far as bus transportation goes you're likely OK for your week as the Game participants and their entourage's will be immersed in the Games over at ESPN during the day time.
If there are many stay overs the week we'll be there it may well be another story.
Quite a few of the Game participants are mobility impaired and the buss's are only set up to handle two, or three, wheelchair passengers.
I've said for many years that WDW needs to have a fleet of buss's for mobility impaired guests exclusive use.

MJ, I would never break board policy :duck:
