I put in the zip code for the Contemporary on the Walmart website and the closest location to there is the store located at 3250 Vineland Road Kissimmee, FL 34746.

I saw that one too, but the estimated driving time was about 20 minutes so I thought maybe I had put in the wrong zip code because that seemed awfully far. Thanks

Don't forget the Disney complex is LARGE! It will take some time just to get off of Disney property! I've been to that WM, and 20 minutes sounds about right, just hope for no traffic.

True! Thanks Traffic is what I was worried about. We have so much running around to do as soon as we get there with delivering welcome bags to 3 different resorts, dropping off our wedding stuff to our coordinator, etc... I was hoping to find something a little more accessible, you know? But I guess 'on property' and 'affordable' don't really go together Thanks again

We had a garden wing room with a garden view but they updated our reservation and now we have a standard room in the Atrium Club. Is that in the tower? Any help would be appreciated. Have stayed everywhere at disney except the Contempoary.

That is a room on the 12th floor Atrium Club which is Concierge! You will love it. You can contact the IPO office to help make special arrangements or ADRs for your trip. Also, put in a request for a MK view room. It isn't guaranteed on the 12th floor like it is with a Tower MK view room. Have fun! We stayed on the 12th floor last year and loved it.

Are you driving in or flying in?? There may be other options on your way into the resort that would be more convenient - that WM is always a tourist mess!

Just to add what triplefigs did not mention mention even if you don't get a Magic Kingdom view room, you can still go to the lounge anytime you want to look at it. So it would a great place to watch Wishes.

Since that Walmart is located past the turn to get into Premium Outlets and the Lake Buena Vista Outlet Mall, when going to that location my family and I drive threw Downtown Disney when going in that area and it saves a lot of time.

Are you driving in or flying in?? There may be other options on your way into the resort that would be more convenient - that WM is always a tourist mess!

We're driving, however, our car is going to be packed to the gills with all our wedding stuff (which is why we aren't just getting it before we leave.) If it's going to save us a run around when we get there, though, maybe we'll just get it before we go. Maybe if we can find one somewhere on the way I can hold stuff on my lap and up on the floor of the front seat. That way it won't have to be for the entire trip. Thanks for the idea!

It's definitely worth a call and email. I'm sure since it's your wedding they would likely be delighted to help. Did you plan your wedding with Disney? If IPO can't help, perhaps the Disney Wedding planner could arrange to have the items delivered to your room(s).
