I always budget two hours to get to my resort when using ME. And there have definitely been times where it's taken that long!We arrive in 7 days! We are flying in from Syracuse and taking the DME to Contemporary. We land at 9:40 a.m. and have no plans until dinner at 'Ohana at 5:30. I'm figuring it will take about 2 hours to get to the Contemporary--does that seem about right? We are only planning on hitting the pool on arrival day, but we will have been up since 3 so i'm hoping to somehow convince our daughter to maybe take a nap once we check in.

Thank you and we have had a magical stay so far. Spoiler alert: we got the exact room I requested and it's just perfect. I posted some photos to the Poly thread yesterday and today![]()
Good morning!
Anyone know when they will start offering AP discount for theme park view rooms?
This has been discussed at various times on this thread, but ultimately it comes down to personal preference. In my opinion, which is shared by a few others here, the Bay Lake view is actually the superior view. We were upgraded on a previous trip from a BL view to a TP view, and we turned it down because we like the BL view so much. However, there are plenty of others who find the TP view very magical and couldn't imagine staying at the CR with any other view.we are attending a conference at Contemporary and am booked into a Bay Lake view room. I haven't called yet for price or availability, but is the theme park view much superior to the Bay Lake view?
