Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

Just booked a bounceback BWI CL for next summer! No BC or YC. I haven't done the math yet but price is about $20/night more than 2024 so probably 35%. I asked about a couple upcoming stays in 2024 and there's almost nothing, anywhere (value, mod or deluxe).

Good to hear this! How far in advance do I need to book? And where do they pick you up?
I went ahead and booked once I knew our flight information. It was probably 2 months out from the trip or so. They meet you at baggage claim - it's kind of cool - you come down the escalator and your driver is waiting with a sign that says "The XXX Family" - I felt super fancy and important. He helped with the luggage and then was parked in a VIP area just outside baggage claim.

That is fun! My husband had business in Belgium and his company paid for me (yay, right?). So we paid for my Mom to come and spend time on day trips with me! We had a town car waiting for us at the airport with our name...so exciting. My mom was thrilled, lol. Sometimes it just the simple things. I will be booking this today, since we arrive early October! Did you do the Grocery Store stop?

I booked one for next summer a few weeks ago and the for the week I wanted, all that was available (CL wise) was WL and GF deluxe king. The deluxe king was still really expensive and my son would be on a sofa bed the whole week. I had wanted BWI but WL CL was where we stayed on my son’s first trip in 2017. We loved it and are looking forward to going back.

Just keep checking back as we get closer to 2025. The BB offers for 2025 has been out for several months and inventory often changes. You are able to modify your BB reservation at any time.

I am looking for suggestions for making a room request at the Poly Club Level Water View. It looks like they are on first and second floors and on the ends of the third floor.
We usually do Resort View and request the third floor for the balcony and having no one above us, but this time only Water View was available.
Is the first floor noisier with people walking by? How much do you miss the balcony if you are on the second floor? Thanks : )

We used Tiffany for the first time last summer and loved the experience. Our driver was very friendly and professional, and was in constant contact with us via text from the time we landed. He met us at baggage claim with a sign. We did do the grocery stop, but we used it to do curbside pickup of an Instacart order from Publix. We timed it perfectly to where the Publix guy brought our stuff out as soon as we parked and our driver loaded them up for us. It saved a lot of time and service fees even as an Instacart+ member, I would definitely recommend it.

This time we are going with a driver highly recommended by our TA who is way cheaper because we need to keep costs down due to the cruise portion of the trip.

I booked Tiffany. I know it's pricey, but for this time, I just want everything just so. I would like to get to our resort sooner than later, and frankly the Mears stories made this decision easy! Lol

Understandable and I agree! Mears has been a nonstarter for us because I feel like DME being rolled into the cost of the resort stay made me much more tolerant of quirks but if I am paying OOP for airport transportation, I want direct and personalized door to door service. We would absolutely book with Tiffany again in the future, we really enjoyed their service. We are just doing a little belt tightening this time after paying rack for a night of Poly CL after the cruise. 😰

What are your dates? If it is super hot and humid like August or Sept you would most likely not use the balcony.

I have had many rooms on the 1st floor. Rooms closer to the lobby have a better view but more foot traffic. You could ask for 1st floor far from check in lobby? Those rooms on that further end I had the last room GV and while a longer walk to lounge it was super easy to the pool and walk path to TTC.

We are there December 28-30. We will probably watch the fireworks on the 30th from the park. I like the idea of quick exit out the TTC side maybe.

Did you know Poly has reserved seating on the beach for CL guests on 30 and 31? It is so nice! They also had a bar set up out there! You can get your access wrist bands the morning of. You have access to lounge and amenities all day of check out.

The good thing is there's really not a bad room no matter where they put you, but my preference would be the first floor rooms for the patio. That space is moderately important to us. The few times I've had a second floor room I am generally like "it's not as bad as I thought it would be" - but I still like having an outdoor space over not. There is something nice about being on the same lounge level if you do happen to get a second floor room.

My two cents. :-)

Moved this from another thread: Looking at rooms at Contemporary. 4846 ,47 & 48. Are these the Atrium CL? Have any of you stayed in these rooms? The view is so pretty! Do you remember the best room you've stayed in for Contemporary CL? Do tell!!

Yes, those are 12th floor/Atrium Club Theme Park View rooms. Furtherst north/closest to the MK you can be. I like being on that side of the building - you’re not over Chef Mickey’s and you’re close to the MK. Doesn’t get much better.

Also the odd numbered room you can see castle from bed fyi. DD’s favorite,
I am dreaming of this trip! So these 3 are the Atrium Theme Park View CL rooms, yes? Can you call when it gets remotely (ha ha) closer and put in a room request for any of these rooms for an Anniversary? How close? It's like a year away, lol. Thank you, your knowledge is amazing!

You can call and add room requests to your reservation any time from the day you book up until about 5-6 days out. When within that time frame makes no difference. I always like to call about a week out and ask the phone CM to read back any room requests on my reservation to make sure they are there.

No let me get you a map brb.

The numbers are the same except 14th floor Tower Cl. 12 th floor start 48 then room number. See one side is TPV and other side is Bay lake view now called resort view.

This should help.

25-48 are ALL TPV rooms and the lounge is also on this side for a TPV.
