Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

4201 at the Grand! Yep, we've stayed in that room too. Not only do you have the tree view, it is also the absolute furthest from the lounge. So fun when you're trying to get back to the room with a treat & drink.
That back elevator....while perfect for the pool and coming back from the boat, not so fun from the lounge (or the monorail) . We should form a tree room club :)

I'm so mad that we are going to miss each other...again....

I think CL will be so much better for DS, because stuff like yogurt, milk, fruit, etc...will be readily available to him. It's all about convenience at this stage of the game. And yes, the girls absolutely love it. :rotfl:
Nooooo, we are early August..you are late August? Remember when my little man (I think he was 2) asked the lounge CM for her hand in marriage? I feel like your little Prince will be so happy with all the attention (and chocolate milk)

I would like some opinions. If you ever have a problem with your room while staying CL, is it better to speak with the CL CM's or the front desk. I know calling from the room gets you an offsite call center which is not the best way to get a quick response.
Another vote for desk CMs, they've always fixed any issue we may have had!

My apologies in advance for asking this question again.
Can someone tell me the page number or let me know the current evening offerings at BWI?
Last time I asked, club level was going to be a surprise. Now that the cats out of the bag my husband is very curious. I tried looking for them last night but after well over an hour, I gave up.
Thank you so so much!!
Here's @Dispro1 post with picshttps://www.disboards.com/threads/disneys-club-level-cl-information-and-questions.3414590/page-383#post-57118189 , and I think Ewoks posted a mini review the same page. You will LOVE it..Oh and @GADisneyDad14 posted pics when his wife stayed too!

Thank you!! Any room recommendations for Sugar Loaf, std view?
Floor 4 and some of 3 have dormer rooms with the smaller balcony. Request full balcony if important.

I have been on both the courtyard and marina sides and both truly are lovely.

Our room I would say tho was probably the best. The rooms on 3 rd floor courtyard are 6312,6314,6316 are above the door and stick out a bit. I would think the 2nd floor right below us nice too. However other than that one I posted I think all decently close to lounge/elevator and views.

The coffee service and area where to go cups are kept. The tea and hot chocolate on table near entrance.

STICKY BUNS!!! A gf fav of many. They said that with the new lamp they stay warm and "sticky" longer, yum.
IMG_1021.JPG
Lots of choices for breakfast. Yogurt, cereals, plenty of fruit(best selection ever), breads, pastries, those round scrambled egg puffs were soft and warm, turkey ham and cheeses too.

See my choices :) I am not a breakfast eater usually but everything was so good.

Yes! So cute. Our little dude is super spoiled 24/7 between myself and DH and then his 2 big sisters. :)

CL will be fabulous for him, LOL.

Yeah, we are late August, arriving the 20th.

I miss late August, especially since my birthday is the 19th :) Alas, DS16 (yes he will be a HS Junior) has cross country so we need to get back.

Something new: these kids items , grapes, fish and gummy bears with the potato chips too were out most of the day.

It was common during the day but for desserts I loved that. Sometimes at night you need some nice salty chips with your wine! Also grapes instead of cookies is a better option for some families. These we kept on the right side during desserts and left corner other times.

See the corner of the cm desk? There was a tray of bottled water out all day. However for the room we did glasses of ice water and kept in the frig.

IMG_0207.JPG

The location of fruit changed but was always easy to find. I like to grab one going home day in case of delays.

IMG_0208.JPG

Odd place for the cooler but here is what I saw midday. Milk was out alas day in pitchers or carafes. If you look at the water pic above you can see the cooler . It's on the left when entering lounge and approaching the cm desk.
IMG_0209.JPG

Last there is a cm podium as you enter building on the right. Just before that is the tea / hot choc station. Also a bowl of hard candies if your mouth is dry :)

Does anyone know the type of white wine served at the GF CL. Is it Chardonnay? It appears that some CL have Sauvignon blanc. The last time I was at the YC Cl that is the only white wine they had Sauvignon blanc.... very disappointed.

The arrival:

I didn't notice we got the room ready text because I checked as we got off the bus but when I tried to check in at the lobby she asked if I got it and there it was! She confirmed we requested a king for our mom and daughter trip and I said yes( like @pas130 we like extra floor space).

We arrived 8 hours early by going standby and we were so so happy! We ran to the lounge for birthday champagne ( dds actual 22nd ) and scones.

While she was getting her scones I ran to our room 6122. First floor room one away from the deluxe /bump out room. I knew it would be the first down the hall so easy to get to lounge. Above is that room ! From the patio was a lovely view of a wall and if that wasn't bad enough there was a tree too. As @blue-skies reminded me, there would be noise from the carts all day too. So I went to cl cm desk and asked for a change.

Trish Many thanks for all of the wonderful pics..and your detailed review! :goodvibes I'm so glad that you had such a grand trip! As for that 1st room... def not a keeper..that should really be an office..or a storage closet... ..Btw..totally agree about your courtyard pool room recommendations if you would like to be on a higher floor..:thumbsup2..one caveat if you end up on the 2nd floor in any of those rooms 12, 14 or 16..due to the portico roof line..the balconies are enclosed ala the dormer balconies..but larger...as opposed to the open railings on the 3rd floor...

Hi everyone,
Any room recommendations for RPC theme park view?
Thanks

These are located on floors 3 and 4..4 being the same as the lounge...I would recommend 4408..being the closest in that wing to the hallway that leads to the lounge..or 4407, 06...NOT 4401...this is the very last room at the end of the hall..and..as Trish or pas will attest to has a view of one very large palm tree!!! :faint:...

Pas No resort changing...yet...for this trip..:cool2::laughing:...should we start a pool...lol...hmmm...:scratchin.....what do you think GADisneydad...lol..truly I always enjoy following along on the resort changing ::yes::...:goodvibes...

Oh I keep forgetting the 2nd floor above the doors are enclosed! I did notice that when we were there.

Afternoon! I did not get pix of early afternoon but lots of veggies, potato chips( the homemade ones) , kids area with grapes, goldfish and gummy nears and cookies and maybe mini cupcake. There was also the usual hummus and dips with crackers too.

So dd birthday trip and she's asleep one day. So 3;45 pm I know when she wakes up she will want her fav things and the stuff goes away at 4. I asked if tray available and look what fun I had for when she woke up!

Scones, jam tarts, cookies , champagnes with some pog to make mimosa and my red wine! Who doesn't love getting spoiled on vacation?

IMG_0215.JPG

Scone, Devonshire cream, strawberry jam.
IMG_1035.JPG

Breads, coconut macaroon, fruit and kids stuff during the later afternoon.

Rice crispy treats and other ones too.

Is it weird to say I'm tempted to book here simply because of the grapes? My DD could eat her weight in grapes every day - while her mom drinks her weight in grapes over the course of a Disney trip. ;)

I was so surprised to see grapes all day and I knew the adult "grapes" were on my must do list.

They were very nice about wine and champagne requests at any hour ( cough cough 11;30 am one day).

I saw people asking for beer too. They did give me cognac in 2015 at 1pm so I would ask if you want cordials too.

Ds loves the cookies so I had to smuggle some home. He was jealous his college break was not the same . I offered to take him on his but without his sis he said no.

Rats!
