Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

I'll be there for my first CR stay in a couple weeks, I'll try to remember to take some pics of offerings! (I'm the worst at that though be aware, I almost never remember until it's the end of dessert lol. I get distracted easily at Disney, the Disney bubble is my happy place and CL? I just melt into my happy mode!)

They have water bottles? That would be nice! I love a good staff. Even if the offerings are mediocre a good staff can make all the difference.

Also now that it's open 24/7 it's nice to always have someplace you can go if you need a break from your room but don't want the distractions the lobby entails.
Sorry if this was already answered.

At cr they have always been upon request for us.

@trishadono Do you still have Easter trip planned??
I just changed our reservation to GD CL because it FINALLY opened up.
Obviously I'm keeping fingers crossed that things improve and Disney opens back up in time
:)

I canceled it but may add it back if airfare is low lol..

Me too, fingers crossed this is all over soon.

Posting my RPC pix now on GF thread if anyone interested.

Airfare super low from Buffalo for us. I got $94 each way and since then have a couple credits cause it dipped even lower. Had to book SW so I bought the Early Bird so they'll check us in early and I don't have to worry about it.

I'm going to check out your pix!

We made the decision to postpone even before the closure was announced. Heartbreaking, but the right call to make. I would be really surprised if the parks don't stay closed through our original dates (5/2-5/11) anyway. Everyone changing to early May...I hope I'm wrong, but I expect a rude awakening.

I am trying to find the silver lining. We decided that whenever we do take this postponed trip, we will upgrade to Theme Park View...we will have more time to save up and surely discounts will be had. Wondering if Disney's tightening on "Agency Exclusives" will have to stop too, so there's that. Right now we are considering fall or next spring, not sure yet. We will have to discuss with our TA. I really feel for all the agents out there.

April 1-7
I’m glad you were able to reschedule your family trip. I was able to keep our club level stay at BWI. I also was able to rebook every restaurant and club level fast passes that we originally had for the exact times. :cloud9: While I’m sad I cannot go in two weeks, I am very thankful that my trip is somewhat the same and maybe just maybe we will be be able to eat at Space 220 and ride ratatouille.

Well, it was a very long day on the phone for me today! Between Disney and my daughter in law I must have been on the phone for 10 hours! First call 2 hours on hold, 1 hours talking to the cast member, nothing they could do for me. Okay, call my DIL, decide to book Sun and Fun discount. Call back to cancel original reservations, didn’t do it on first call, only 1 hour on hold. Cast member says “Oh, let me see what I can do”. Tells me can change my dates to March 31st to April 7 and keep my 40% cast discount. I am happy..... check my son’s reservation.... okay he has deluxe club level with dining.....his is showing 50% off! Hooray do it! Modification done. Same reservation numbers. Will get email......show in MDE......he will get over $700 refund. Perfect, right?
Not so fast, this is Friday the 13th! Get my email, see my change in MDE. DIL calls, can’t see any change. Meanwhile we both cancel Fun and Sun, deposit will be refunded.
Back on the phone I go, 90 minutes hold time, good thing I like the music. Cast member so sweet, apologizes and said the first CM never changed son’s dates and no more rooms available at cast rate. Transferred me to Guest Services. Another 90 minutes and an angel named Stella answered the phone! Within 2 minutes my son had a room at 50% off since that is what he was promised and given a nice refund!
There were no more deluxe rooms available, but that is fine since I usually end up with at least one grandchild in my room.
I have to say I never lost my cool, I thanked each CM for their patience and told them I appreciated all their help. Stella apologized for my extended wait and wished me a wonderful family trip.

I'm glad you were able to keep your BWI CL stay! I cancelled our trip for this upcoming weekend, so now I'm looking at new dates for May to see if anything works with my DH's schedule. I am disappointed that we won't be going in 6 days, but hoping we can squeeze in a weekend in May :).

We just returned from my daughter's wedding trip where we stayed at The Boardwalk Inn. I was booked for a Deluxe CL room the first 2 nights, and was able to stay there my last 2 nights instead of moving to a standard room. My daughter and her new husband stayed in Cottage 1201. She would have preferred a balcony.
The view from my room, 3227, was amazing, and I enjoyed eating desserts while watching the Boardwalk.

I book CL whenever possible because I like to eat, and BWI did not disappoint!
