Hi all so I'm trying to shore up my dining for my March trip. So question for my more experienced CL visitors.
My daughter, her bestie and I decided we will fly out earlier (I got them to agree to not go to the 2 classes they had for the day so we can take full advantage of RPC experience though they don't know it yet lol) so now we will be at GF mid day for our CL stay. I originally had a couple Narcoossee's reservations one for 5:55p and another at 9p. Now I'm trying to figure out if I should do no meal reservations for the day or do a mid day (Afternoon tea at the GF or Grand Floridian cafe) or late reservation (Keep the Narcoossee's or do another late reservation or hit a GF lounge for a late night snack).
I figured we will be there by Mid day delights/Afternoon tea at RPC . Just try to guage if from 12p to 10p what's offered at the lounge would be substantial enough to tied us over for the day. They are 18 they don't have huge appetites and my daughter usually skips breakfast daily and snacks a good amount. I no longer can eat a ton at one sitting because I had WLS last year.
You thoughts would be helpful. TIA
We love the soup midday at gf, it’s out 11:30-4p they lso have breads and meats and we make little sandwiches too.
At 2:30 the scones and other treats come out. The tea room is fun but this will be free. The tea station is nice and even my ds22 admits he likes tea with scones and listening to the piano player/ orchestra in the afternoon. I recommend the 5th floor seating too. It’s cozy up there.
You can mobile order from gaspies and run and grab the food and eat in the lounge anytime. DD’s bf eats a lot lol and that was helpful at 9p when just desserts out,
If I do a TS with cl I tend to just order an appetizer. They have some nice ones at Narcoosees . Check the menu and see what you think?
Alternative is to take the gilrs over to poly. The outdoor seating of traders is a fun place and the girls may enjoy that. Also the menu is appetizers like sushi and wontons etc.
