Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

I actually don’t do anything spicy and that to me would be spicy. I haven’t seen any of it though because Dh would like it. Honestly the best thing I’ve had was the chicken nuggets last night. Some things are a little too fancy for me

:rotfl:My soul sister!!! I LOVE the chicken nuggets!!! :thumbsup2 The only other thing I like is the Mac and cheese ;) I’m happy I’m not the only one.

We are checking into YC Sunday.

Have a great trip! :jumping1:

We are slowly making our way through the various CL's...we just booked a last minute Spring Break trip to BWI CL! I am excited, as I know that BWI CL gets a lot of love on this board. It will be DH, DD (11), DS (5) and myself...not looking at doing a lot of park time, because I know that crowds will be crazy. We are really hoping to take in a lot of the things that we normally miss on a WDW trip. Any suggestions/tips would be appreciated...we have never spent any time on the Boardwalk :)

BWI CL is amazing, you will love it! The boardwalk is great as it's a fun place to walk around checking out the entertainment or just taking in the atmosphere. Hope you have a great trip :wizard:.

Us too! Any tips would be great. Just added 2 nights to our stay in a standard CL room at Boardwalk! We have always wanted to try it but we usually stay 10-12 nights and wanted to do a small stay first so we will stay before our stay at RPC!! Coming in on July 4th!! Anything special in the lounge that night? Any great room locations? Looking for your expert advice!

Congrats on adding 2 nights onto your RPC stay. I read a lot of positive reports about BWI CL prior to my first stay last June and I must say everything I read was very accurate. Loved everything about it! I hope you have a great trip :).

The staff at yc continues to amaze me. Last night I noticed there is a light outside on our balcony. It’s super bright and affected my sleep so I asked if we can turn it off. The man helping me upstairs in CL said can’t turn it off because it’s a security light. I asked if they have any eye masks and he said not here we don’t but we will see what we can do. We were eating in the lounge and he came up and said they found a Minnie mask (from a store) that they could bring me. It was left outside our door! The service here is absolutely amazing.

What great service :thumbsup2.

It’s gonna be a big change from YC CL but hopefully we still like it

I'm sure you'll continue to have a great time as you'll still be at Disney :goodvibes.

Oh I’m sorry....we won’t ever stay at YC again. It’s been absolutely the worst

:rotfl::rotfl:

I can’t recall how long you were staying at YC but the Mac and Cheese is usually out a few nights per week so you should see it soon!!!

It looks runny but it’s just extremely cheesy

Practically Perfect :thumbsup2

So if you don’t mind the carbs better load up on it ::yes::
This is our last night and we have dinner planned somewhere so probably won’t see the Mac and cheese. Sounds good though!

Does anyone have pics of views from their balcony's of GF RPC Standard View Rooms? We want to put in a request and can't decide which we will like better with the kids. We usually do Castle view but it wasn't available this trip. Any pics will be greatly appreciated!

We were given late check out tomorrow at 12:30! I’m super happy because we are doing the regatta run in the morning and wanted time to relax before switching to cbr. I would stay in CL again just for the staff up here

Also, they have an AMAZING pin trading book with so many pins to choose from. We just found out today.

hi folks! I have a question / need opinions about staying CL and having the Disney Dining Plan.

I stayed CL 10 years ago at the GF for a Thursday to Monday stay and didn't have any dining plan. We took full advantage of the morning breakfast offerings and one day had the afternoon snacks. Due to it being a short trip and rather park intensive, we didn't get to enjoy the evening offerings as I'd hoped.

Move ahead to 2011 and I stayed a week at CSR (no club level) with the Deluxe Dining Plan and really enjoyed all that dining plan offered.

This year I am debating booking a CL room for our week at the end of July but I'm wondering if the Dining Plan vs Deluxe Dining plan would work for us or no dining plan at all since CL....save a little money and not waste food too!

I'd love to hear opinions if you do a dining plan when you stay CL.

TIA!!!

We personally would never do the DP and CL. Not because we make all of the snacks out of meals...but all together it's just way too much food. We always pick one or the other...and we like CL much more than the DP. We usually only do a few reservations for the whole week.

They have a massive one over at BC also my kids love to pin trade!

Hi we are tossing around Wilderness and Contemporary CLs for September. I have heard that WLCL has moved, and/or the rooms are not centrally located near the lounge any more. Can anyone confirm that? Not being on 7th with the lounge would be a bummer. TIA!

Have you checked the hotel room views on Touring Plans? That will show you the view from many of the rooms.

I don't do "buffalo" anything!
No peppers of any kind. Even salt, ketchup, vinegar and salad dressing can sometimes irritate my poor little mouth.
I do great in Scandinavia, though! :rotfl2:

Just if you are booked in a deluxe room, or if you add access at check in. If you book a regular club level room they are on the 7th floor. They changed the language when booking to access but as far as I know, whenever you book a CL room outright at WL you are placed on the 7th floor.
