Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

I used the Minnie Van from MCO to YC CL last October 2023. They met me down the escalator near baggage claim, took my luggage, brought me to the back area wheee ride share are, quick exit to YC and picked us up for the round trip around 2 hours prior to my departure flight, not the 3 hours line other ride shared companies. Great service, clean van, nice drivers. Will be doing it again in March and December 2025. I made arrangements through Signature Services around the 60 day mark, they followed up before my trip. Sent me texts when my flight landed and the day of departure. Easy.
If you don't mind me asking what the cost is for Minnie Van from airport to Disney resort :)

$199 each way. High but still worth it to me so I won’t worry about the ride concerning time, quality, cleanness of the ride. I should add you also have to be staying CL to receive the service.

As was already noted by @Ricguz it is $199 each way. You must book by phone through signature services who then forwards your request to the Minnie Van team. You pay in full at the time of booking but the price does not include the driver's tip. Tipping is encouraged and must be done in cash at the time of the service.

Us: "Alright kids... it's time to start thinking about our January 2026 vacation. Where do we want to go?"

All three kids: "Disney World. Board Walk. Club Level."

Cant say I'm disappointed with their choice... They arent going in 2025 (cruise to Mexico) so it will have been two years for them, haha.

It's not free for CL? Wishful thinking I guess, especially because of the room rate. Every time we book CL, we book a limo service.

Yeah sorry not free, but I found the added cost from the limo services, I’m not worry about the cleanness of the car or the 3 hour pickup or if they are going to show up. So my last two trips have been Minnie Van Services and have had perfect pick ups and returns plus a two hour window not three.

The room rates for CL would be even higher if they added a round trip for the airport transfers for a CL resorts / rooms. The Minnie Van (MV) premium is about $50 each way vs a limo service and if you need / want Car seats it is a great for small groups.

The MV airport transfers are also still limited to CL guests as Disney tries to manage the limited availability.

I may have posted this before, not sure - but one slight nit I have with the airport service is on occasion I've had a totally by the book speed limit driver. Personally with it being Florida (love you Florida peeps), I feel less safe on the highways/toll road being that car going way slow relative to the majority of other traffic. I don't need some speed demon running the fast lane, but there's a happy medium which most seem to straddle, whereas some (usually newer drivers) are super cautious. I'm sure they are monitored and scrutinized so I can't totally blame them. Tough line there.

A few years ago we did a private limo service and I felt that he thought he was driving a taxi in NYC. Never again. MV’s since then.

Yeah same here. This was years ago and I know it gets good reviews and to that point we had nothing but good experiences, but we had a Tiffany driver once who was super aggressive and way too fast. My kids were much younger / in car seat phase and it had me feeling some kind of way. One driver does not a company make, but unfortunately it soured me away from using them again.

How much does a limo go for? I assume you went from MCO to the Boardwalk.

Sugarloaf CL Appreciation Post

I sometimes find myself missing having Sugarloaf as a CL option. While it had its share of critics and was the popular CL to complain about, it sure did serve a useful purpose at times. It was almost always available, so gave last minute or quick planned trip access to CL and GF. And the cost was at least somewhat more appealing relative to RPC or other monorail resort CL options.

Never thought I would say this, but I do miss it!

As we begin planning on early 2026 (hopeful) stay at Board Walk Inn Club Level, has anyone found some dates easier to nab than others? We are not peak season folk by any means, just wondering how hard it'll be to get late January. I feel like it's not a popular time unless it's a run weekend?

Yes, we miss it as well. It was a great alternative to RPC that my DH and I loved. We liked the central location, close to pool, boat to the MK and marina (where we often sat outside and watched the fireworks). RPC is awesome and we enjoyed our stays there, but Sugar Loaf was a frequent go to for us.

Just stay away from the Martin Luther King weekend and you shouldn't have too much trouble finding something in late January. :)
