I just wanted to post a note about Erika Douglas one of the sales team members for Disney's Catered Events. I was assigned to her after circumventing the system and using someone else's coordinator. I was having a hard time going through their main line of contact.
She has been amazing helping me set up my dessert party. I had some touch and go moments but that was quickly remedied when she and I talked and she informed me of how busy she has been. She also apologized twice now for not giving me the best service she could give me. She promised to try harder and I told her she has been doing fantastic.
She has helped me with getting the contract set up and even with menus and pricing. I would just like to brag that she is so amazing and for us S/D brides that have to make all these arrangements ourselves I am very glad that I got someone so attentive and understanding.
