Resort Thread Disney's CARIBBEAN BEACH Resort

Looking at getting base prices before discounts are released for September 2026, but only the preferred rooms are showing available. I have been checking a couple of weeks and it doesn’t change. I know it’s not booked yet (I assume), but is there a refurb planned for next year?

Nothing has been announced. When I just did a search for 9/12-9/19, 9/19-9/26, I got the attached results. I didn't do the 1st week due to Labor Day.

That’s so weird my dates I searched were also 9/19 - 9/26, 2 adults and 2 kids. Maybe I need to clear my search history.

How would I best go about requesting a pack and play? Will be there in a couple of weeks.

Thanks!

i believe you have to wait till you check in, that is what we did, and then a bit later they dropped it off at your room

Early December trip for our first stay at CBR. So excited! Can't wait for all the Christmas things.

CBR has a really cool vibe

A couple of tips-Spyglass Grill can be a nice occasional change from the food court even if your room isn't in that area.

And if you are ever back at CBR during the Epcot fireworks, the Banana Cabana area is a great spot to watch the high fireworks.

Have fun riding Disney Skyliner as well!

Trying to decide if I should switch my reservation from Coronado Springs to the Caribbean Beach. The skyliner is a huge plus as we spend a ton of time in both Epcot and the Disney Studios. However, I will have a scooter at the resort and worry about getting a ground floor room. I also don't want to be too far from the main areas, as my sister also has a bit of a hard time walking and will sometimes rent a scooter at the parks. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated a ton!!!

I think they basically guarantee a ground floor room if you have a scooter! We went with my mom last year in a scooter and requested ground floor, noting that we had a scooter and we got it. We requested Trinidad, which was convenient to spyglass in the morning and not too far from the Skyliner. We managed just fine with a scooter and a three year old. But it is certainly very spread out so might not be the most ideal option for your sister if she won’t be in a scooter but does have mobility challenges. Not sure if it’s just the two of you but CB does also have complimentary wheelchairs if there is someone to push her. We used that for my mom a couple times when she didn’t want to bring the scooter (like to dinner).

I recent.y visited CBR to go to Sebastian's for dinner. I found the skyliner is a fair distance from rooms and everything. It would not be my choice. when i went with my friend who had a scooter we never had an issue getting ground floor(even without a scooter I always get a ground floor no problem)
