I'm a happy camper! I snagged a Be Our Guest breakfast ADR and we're now in the double digits. 99 days until we check in at CBR! Next milestone will be Fast Passes and online check in. Can't wait!

We scored a BOG breakfast ADR too!! Glad I'm not the only one who got really excited LOL.

So grateful to have this post and all the comments! We will be staying at CBR Sept 5-13,2015 for the first time! Cannot wait. The pictures were way better then ones I have found recently. Thank you for all the hard work you put into this post!

I don't remember the line ups of stops (even though we go every year) but in MK is POR the last bus stop from entrance? I remember it is and we always joke that we love our resort to much to change it :)
But we did this year and CBR is new to us. These bus reports have me worried.
No, it was AoA. But all the stops at the last row of bus stops could hold the double length buses.

Has anyone been upgraded to a king room and only paid for a standard?

DH and I were upgraded to a King in 2008 at POR and in 2013 at CBR. TA said Families usually need the 2 beds so they usually upgrade couples to King.

I'm sorry if this has been asked....I have not read thru 165 pages of posts. Who has used the laundry facilities? I'd like to do one, maybe two, loads of laundry while there. We are staying 10 days with a down day in the middle for pool time. Thought I'd do a load, so that's less luggage we have to pack. In the event we want to take half of our down day to enjoy the pool, then the other half to go to downtown Disney or visit resorts, I'd like to know what the average wash and dry time is on their machines. Thanks for your help!

Please see post #2 of this thread for the options.
I guess I'm missing something. in post 2 I see the choices that were picked... I don't see what the choices were to start. what I am referring to I saw a post on POP Century where the person showed there online checkin page and they were give choices like upper or lower floor. near busses or near food court etc... do the not do that for the CBR checkin?

No, you're not missing something. I am actually. On the old CBR Thread in the post about Room Requests during online check in there was a screen shot of the options. I looked at post #2 of this Thread really quickly and didn't realize the screen shots of the options were not there. Sorry about that.

I'm pretty sure the wash time is 30 minutes and the dry is like 40 minutes. At least an hour total. The laundry is right next to the quiet pools so perfect time to do laundry while the others swim.

If I remember correctly you can request one of the Villages, close to transportation and maybe upper or lower floor. My suggestion would be to call and add any requests to your reservation. The choices during online check are predetermined and limited. They never match what we like to request so I always call.

Just got back from our first CBR trip after 5 straight stays at CSR. We LOVE Caribbean Beach!

We had a water-view room, and were initially placed in Trinidad North. The view was "eh" - we were near the bridge at the thin part of the lake. We were able to get switched to Aruba 55 and couldn't be happier. Yes, it's a hike to Centertown, but it's a beautiful walk, so I view that as a bonus! The pool is amazing, though the slide does lack in comparison to CSR's. Still fun, though. Busing was only an issue on one day - every other day, we waited no more than 10-15 minutes for anything. The multiple stops don't take away from trip time nearly as much as having to stop at another resort, like is the case at Riverside. Travel time to MK was under 20 minutes, Epcot and DHS took about 8 minutes, and AK was around 10. Downtown Disney also wasn't much more than 10 minutes.

The room was beautiful, and the murphy bed made for some sound sleeping for this party of 4. The kids did fight over it a little, though :)

Our hearts are still at Coronado, but it will be a VERY tough decision next year. Currently, two of us want CBR, while the other two want CSR. For our daughter, the hair wraps win it for CBR!

THANK YOU to everyone in this forum who answered our questions and concerns going in. We had a blast at Caribbean Beach!
