They are all in the BoardWalk Inn inner courtyard and each has it's own outside entrance. They are marked in highlighter yellow below.

They are a quick walk from the main lobby and down the wide outside stairs (or elevator) at the beginning of the red arrow for the courtyard.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been there, Used to be able to refill at Belle Vue Lounge when it is open, also a good place for coffee in the morning. I believe it has reopened but not sure of the hours. There was a refill at the Leaping Horse Libations at the pool also.

We were at BW from 7/21-7/29 and the only place for coffee refills was the Boardwalk Bakery. Belle Vue lounge is not doing refillable mugs, but they did give me a cup of 1% milk for my coffee.

They were 10am-11pm for the feature pool this past week. Not sure about the quiet pool.

We made many trips to the BWI over the years. We always booked a standard room and would request an Epcot view when we checked in. On our first visit we looked out toward the Eiffel Tower. On a later visit we had a view of Spaceship Earth. We almost always had a view towards Epcot across the garden courtyard. Once we looked out over the quiet pool. Only once did we end up looking out over the roof of the conference center.

Is there any particular difference in noise with the below two rooms? Is one group of rooms in a noisier section of the resort than the other?

Boardwalk Villas:
Deluxe Studio - Garden or Pool View

Boardwalk Inn:
Garden View

Obviously, noise level is largely dependent on your neighbors... I'm more-so talking noise from the Boardwalk, busy walkways, pools, etc. Thanks!

I have always been super impressed with the sound dampening at deluxes. Stay at a moderate or value and move to a deluxe, the difference is huge. We have stayed with a garden view - super quiet, a normal view - also super quiet, and a boardwalk view by the green - amazing, really, barely heard a thing with the balcony door shut.
I’ve avoided the pool - 1- hate clowns, 2 - feel weird looking out my window at people in their swim suits - never understood the appeal. So can’t speak to that one.
(The removal of the clown has cemented the Boardwalk as my favorite resort.)

We are a couple, both using a scooter, and I know they can fit up to two scooters on each bus, but in the even that there is someone else with one scooter, we may end up having to wait for the next bus to come. How long between each bus? Thank you!

Just want to take a quick second to share my recent BWI experience. We stayed a few days and had an amazing time. BWI is now my absolute favorite. Housekeeping was amazing. We never experienced trash in the halls like others have seen at other resorts lately. The entire resort was spotless.

The Boardwalk Bakery was a great breakfast spot. They aren’t on the menu, but they do offer dairy free muffins, which are served hot and are filling.
The pizza window was really busy the evening we went, but they gave us a pager and we had hot pizza about an hour later (we were warned it would be that long). It was quite good and I would get it again.
Really lovely resort!

Quick question, we are at the airport currently suffering a 12 hour flight delay getting to Orlando. Can someone tell me if the BWI still has late night room service and if so how late? Right now they are telling us we might land around midnight. If our plane ever gets here. Not a good start to our trip.

Oh no. I’m so sorry for your flight delay. I hope you’re on your way soon. Unfortunately I don’t believe BWI is doing room service right now.
