We've never been to Atlantic Dance Hall, but my wife loves going dancing. May have to stop by during our stay at Boardwalk. Heard it seems it's past it's prime, but hopefully we can get a few minutes of fun and new memories out of stopping by.

Any news on Belle Vue Lounge yet? I know the rumor was it ws supposed to reopen last weekend.

I just read on another site that it was supposed to open yesterday 7/11 but was delayed until 7/14 because of a ceiling leak.

I am going to be staying in January 2022 with a Garden view. I plan on looking at this thread in full to help make the stay really nice. I am very interested in looking at the bakery for one of the mornings I am headed down.

That's weird. I haven't personally been, but I've seen recent videos of it being open with people walking through.

I just chatted online with a CM who said the Screen Door is open from 8:30-10:00 (I think those were the hours).

Yes, it's open. It was open in November and all our visits since then.

I understand that the Dundy's Sundries just off the lobby just recently reopened, though.

The DVC Member website grocery order form for BoardWalk Villas lists:
Milk - Soy (Pearl), 8 oz for $1.99
Milk - Almond (Pacific), 8 oz for $1.99

I assume that this reflects items for sale in the Screen Door General Store, but I am not there to confirm.

This is actually a good question but for the villas side as I have heard its every other day

I'm reading unfortunate things about other resorts, like BC hallways being filled with trash... and that's just sad and frustrating. I know there is a staffing issue, but if service is really every other day, I don't understand why trash would build up in the hallways. We have seen the trash situation at other resorts firsthand earlier this year and I didn't understand it then either... just hoping for better results soon.

During my trip which was last week at YC, I didn't see a built-up of trash in the hallway. I saw pizza boxes or bags of garbage in the hallway (I also saw a diaper and some masks). During the day, there would be mousekeepers in the hallway picking up those garbages.

Hello everyone - wondering if the Funnel Cake stand on the Boardwalk is currently open? We are arriving in a couple of weeks, and we usually like to stroll the BW and get a funnel cake and people watch on our first evening......

You don’t need to be DVC, anyone can shop in the stores.
