I recommend getting there 10-15 mins early for your choice of seating. Either sit close on left or right side, or right in the midddle to see the mirror above the chef. Chef Martin was new when I cruised in January, and it took a bit for us all to catch on to his droll British humor. The series is held on at-sea days. The morning sessions are dealing with food recipes. You'll get a sample along with a wine/champagne. Very nice.....I loved it. Be sure to go the 3rd day, you'll get a printout of all the recipes, and we got an invitation to tour the galley, which was interesting. I have since made one of the dishes twice,(a salmon recipe that is out of this world) and it really takes us back to the ship! Wonderful! This was one of the highlights of the cruise for me!
