I also have a big question . I am so confused. If we get everything set in time ( otherwise it will be after the trip) we are going to try to get a moving truck down there and be in someplace a week before check in at AOA. I will get the place before I come down of course. It helps that my mom is down there to check things out for me.

I have the free dining package . I would keep one week instead of two because we would be locals and I would need to get settled. Maybe switch the second week to December.

because I would have free dining I have to get the tickets with the package. I would like to know if I could upgrade them before I use them to FL resident annual passes? ( Thats if I get there a week early and get our licences switched over in time! I hear from my sister its a real pain !)

Anyone know how this would work? Can you upgrade your tickets that come with a free dining package to a FL resident annual pass?

The more I see these suites the more I wish we had a group going large enough to justify the cost difference for our 10 day stay (right at $1700 more between the LM rooms and the suites). At least we can walk to all the "lands" to explore!!

We're booked for LM with free dining In November! Wasn't going to go this fall, but couldnt NOT use the free dining pin, so just doing a short trip! Going to start out with MNSSHP on Nov 2nd!

I have on mine Jen and mine is just a little Kodak 'point and shoot' from Walmart. It's a selection that comes under one of the settings you pick out from a little dial on the top of the camera. It keeps it from flashing when you want to take a photo of something that's lit up, but behind glass so there won't be a 'flash back' on the photo, like something behind a glass case or a window. I hope this helps you. Your camera may have it, but by a different name.

I have a Canon P&S and I either use auto or manual on that too. And I have a waterproof Fuji, but that is pure auto.

We are super excited to stay at AoA. I booked our room only res for Jan 3-13 for LM room. Now just waiting for packages and hopefully FD to become available. I can't wait to see the resort.

Hey there! After seeing both the Nemo section and the Cars section in person, my preference is the Cars! But that's based more on outward appearance of the grounds!

I don't know for sure, but my guess is no on the passes, because in order for me to get free dining, I have to purchase additional passes and can't use the PAP for the free dining.

I got one after changing my email address and used it to price different trips . We changed our date for free dinning buut it was for the dates I had priced. Good luck . I also called everyday so that might be why .

I know some people who rarely go to Disney and have been getting pins often. And we never get anything and we go every year!

Yes, I was playing with a Nov 9 arrival with a FD Fall 2012 PIN and previously LM rooms were showing availability. Today they are not. I need to plug in a Nov 11 arrival to see LM availability again. That's as far as my playing has gone today.

Would you mind checking a 11/1 check-in for me? This is so stressing me out! I really need FD to make this work...

I actually got a flyer in the mail this time. I was so excited! My son has been every Halloween since he was 2, and we weren't going to go this year due to some home repairs. But with the FD pin, we were able to squeeze in a small trip! 5 Nights is better than nothing!

Also, try creating account with new email addresses! Last year i REALLY wanted a pin, and hadn't got one. I created a new Disney account with my work email, and within a few days, I ended up with a free dining pin!

I am booked Dec1 - 8th. I tried backing up my dates into Nov in case the FD offer goes public. No matter what dates I tries there were no LM rooms available !

Yes you can! We did a few years ago. We bought one day passes with our package and used them to get in the gates at Epcot. Then we went straight to Guest Services and upgraded them. It was a breeze!

Getting a FL DL is a pain. You need your birth certificate, SS Card, any marriage licenses showing changes of name (even if you're divorced, married multiple times, etc) and 2 hard copy proofs of address (not printed from online). Think now how you can get those proofs of address in advance - that may be your only hold up. Good luck! Moving is so stressful! DH wants to sell our house and buy a bigger one and I am dreading it.
