Al these new pictures are so exciting! I showed my DH and 5 year old pictures of AoA and they were both impressed. My 5 year old says he wants to stay in the Nemo section first after I showed his pictures of all 4 sections. :goodvibes

Yep! Nemo pool only for AOA guest

Great pictures here too

Thank you!! It looks amazing. I can't wait for our stay. The Nemo area is so pretty. I would have loved to stay there. (I got out numbered though and the vote went for the cars room). My son's face when he sees those cars in the courtyard will be priceless though. (He is a HUGE Mater fan! :goodvibes)

The links everyone has been posting are WONDERFUL!!!! These pics and video have made me sooo happy we switched to 2 LM rooms... I got a bit worried about the walk with children ages 9,6,3,& 1 plus DH but I think it'll be worth it now!!! I love they say it's on par with a deluxe (which we could never afford to experience)! Yeah! Sooooooooooooo EXCITED!

Does anyone know what those yellow numbers are for by the "french fries"?
Thanks for posting! Glad we have the pool question answered.

I swear, every time I see a new set of photos I get even more excited. The whole main building looks wonderful, and the pool looks even bigger then it did in other pictures I've seen.

Money! She's already certain she wants to go. I'll ask her about how to go about paying for it, like putting down a deposit and such. If I tell her about how popular AoA seems to be, she might do it sooner. ETA: Just called her and told her how cheap deposits are (assuming the internets are right), and she was surprised and said she'll make a reservation this weekend...I was wondering how long the Magic Express will take from the airport. I would assume the time would be similar to Pop Century, but I don't know how long that is either.

On the deposit, you can still get that money back if you cancel prior to 45 days, so if you can afford the deposit and you're planning to go, it's not a bad idea to get a reservation in. Sounds like it's a go for you then!

If you had the Choice of staying at the Beach Club or a nemo suite which would you pick?

Nemo suite -- because it's new!

So which is the best area to be in Cars,Nemo or Lion King

I'm going to have to go with Cars -- not only is it the parallel universe (by property layout) to my favorite Pop section (50's), but from the pictures I am seeing it's looking fantastic! Disneyland is getting Cars Land -- and so is Walt Disney World!

I would pick Nemo or Lion King. Nemo because I do like the theming, and I like that it's in the center of everything, or Lion King just because that's one of my favorite movies ever. I wouldn't want to stay in a Cars room, but that's just because I don't really like the movie at all.

I think I'd have to pick a Nemo suite. I don't mind staying at the value resorts, and I'd love the extra space, and basically having an apartment when I'm there. Plus I love that new feeling.

Thought I would insert that photo from Kathy Werling's report here for a reference for the thread.

And again, yes, the Nemo pool is for AoA guests only according to the goggle rules, and the reports that the pool area fence requires your room key. Perhaps this sign can be changed (it also lists pool hours) but here's what they will start with.

Additional thought...so each resort's pool rules are always going to say it's for the exclusive use of that resort's guests. But with this sign and the key access, it's looking like your Pop KTTW card is not going to let you in.

I also noticed the pool hours. I thought that most Disney pools are 24 hours just no life guard on duty, not completely sure on that.
The wording also said THIS Pool area is for AOA guests. So maybe the other pools will be open to POP guest???

We asked on the tour yesterday and guests at Pop will not be able to use this new pool. You will need to use your key card to access the main pool at AofA. This could change but that is what we were told.

that's it --- sign me up. I was interested in considering this for our next family trip (probably not 'til 2014), but after seeing those videos, I am 100% sold and there's no way I can wait 2 years. I think I am going to have to officially sign on to an April, 2013 thread. :thumbsup2

Now...... where to come up with the money, lol. :confused3

Any info on whether they will have an ice cream shop like POP? I know they will have gelato, but I am wanting brownie sundaes. It might be the deciding factor on whether or not we stay there.

You will now need your Pop KTTW card to access the Pop ice cream queue if you cross the bridge looking for that brownie sundae. ;)

I doubt it. Though I also would have to wonder why Pop guests would even want to use the other two pools. As far as I can tell, they'll be no more special then the pools at Pop.

I'd like to know that too, another reason I can't wait to see the full food court menus. Maybe we'll get lucky and see them before the opening, but I keep on forgetting that the opening is really soon, since I keep on thinking 9/15, but really, we're only a month away!

Just changed my ressies to AoA! The pictures released this morning were AMAZING!!

I'm taking a mother/daughter trip. Arriving 11/2! :)
