We are getting excited for this resort and saw too that it opens in spring of 2012. I am hoping that we will be able to stay there next year.

We are hoping to stay there in Dec 2012.

I wonder how quickly the resort will fill up. I also wonder if disney will exclude AoA from any promotions that they offer for 2012. :confused3

I hope not. Does anyone remember if they did this for the last resort that opened? Which would've been what, Pop Century?

I'm hoping for a Disney vacation August 2012 with the Military Salute. I hope AOA is included in the discount. We are a family of five so we need a suite. If AOA isn't available I'll happily stay at ASMu again, we loved it there, but I sure would like to stay at the new one. Nemo is our favorite!

I would like to stay in Cars theme in AOA! because cars is my favorite movie!

This is so exciting!!!:yay: We are planning a trip to WDW in late June 2012, and would love to stay at AoA. Does anyone know if they will be opening the resort in phases, or all of the themed areas at once?

Any idea when we can book for 2012?

As stated throughout the thread, there has been no official news from Disney as to what will open first and when they will take ressies.

You can subscribe to the thread and check back periodically; as soon as there is official news, I am sure someone will post it on this thread.

anything let that Disney make the announcement about booking in the AOA in 2012!

They opened Pop in phases from what I can remember so maybe they'll do the same for AoA. Then again, the buildings were already up for years so who knows? :confused3

Fingers crossed we can book once the 2012 dates are released!

Can anyone tell me what the family suites go for per night? Also does it seem reasonable that they will keep this fee structure or will they charge more for these since they are new?

In 2012 when we go we will still have an infant as our 5th member and willnot need the suite but the following year we will be limited as to our resorts being a family of 5. :scared1:
I sure hope it will be reasonable, I would hate to have to give up disney as our vacation , I'm kind of hooked now, lol.

I will be happy as long as we can book something for November 2012 which the when we always go up.

I am assuming that the prices would be similar to the suites at ASMu at least that is what I am hoping will happen but who knows at this point. I just wish they would release more news but the only thing we can do is wait.

We are going to POP in August to see how the crowds are and transportation. If it is OK, then swill book Animation family suite, since we have to get 2 rooms everywhere else, since Music Suites fill up so quickly!

There have been no rates published by Disney yet; anything at this point would be pure speculation.
