....the thing about The Yachtsman is that their service is exceptional, so they aren't trying to rush you through dinner but rather to enjoy the whole experience. So, the courses are served at a more leisurely pace. One thing you might want to do is explain that you wish to be done with your meal well before Illuminations begins so it will give you ample time to head back to Epcot. I'm sure they will be able to accommodate you that way....

So can anyone who has stayed recently in a non-club Kidani room confirm DVD players? The Web site says that there will be one in the room, but we want to make sure before we go so we can pack HDMI cables in case it's missing.

As dumb as this sounds, our first night hubs and I wanted to watch Lion King in our room. It felt... theme appropriate(?)

There are no "club" rooms in Kidani (club rooms are in Jambo).

All Kidani rooms will have DVD players.

After a very rough month, a bit of good news. We are making a trip to AKL in Feb. It's such a beautiful, peaceful place, and I am so glad this has worked out.
