They don't have bottles Pop at the foodcourt? What do you get for a beverage if you are on the ddp and have a refillable mug?? Is this just AllStars I wonder ??

By the sounds of it, the cafeteria area would offer fountain soda, with or without your refillable mug. I can see this making sense. If all you want is something to drink, would make more sense to go to the shop then the cafeteria and wait in lines just for a drink.

yes, if you wanted pop/soda without a refillable mug they were selling regular cups for fountian drinks. same with coffee/tea.

I believe they also sell bottles of soda in the food court. I know for sure the food court has bottled beer.

Really?? Do you know how much and if you can bring it back to your room? Im sure I will be too tired to think about beer, but just to have as a reference

yes, beer and wine and juice/milk... vitimin water, bottled water.. V8, powerade.. Im sure others as well. but no coke, diet coke, sprite etc.. nothing that you could get in the fountain drinks.. all those bottles were sold in the gift shop. You could buy the bottled beer and bring it with you anywhere, back to your room, the pool wherever. I saw a lot of people doing that. Oh I was disapointed that ASMovies didnt have frozen coke =( I know pop had it for your refillable mugs. The beer was between $5 and $6. not bad.

Ok, well i got the phn number off the front page and I did indeed call them. She said that I need to call 7 days before we arrive and order it. She wasn't able to give me cake sizes flavours or costs . She insisted that 7 days out I can get all that information. So I know they offer it, but I'm big on planning and would like to know my options. If I don't like the options, I will have to get a cake elsewhere.

You can also order a cake once you get there through the food court. Unless you want something fancy, the cakes that I have ordered through Disney are pretty much all the same. My husband ordered me a birthday cake at the small bakery at the food court.

Ahh good to know! Maybe I will just do that. You dont have any pictures by any chance do you? I would like them to deliver it to the room instead of me pick it up. Did your dh pick up the cake or did someone drop it off?

yes, at breakfast you get 2 drinks. When you have lunch/dinner you get one drink. but they did not have bottled soda.. I always got a powerade or vitimin water. they had all kinds of juices too and iced tea and lemonade. but no bottled coke. I was kind of mad about that =/

They still have the bottled pop, but its located in the store not the foodcourt. This was at ASMovies, I usually stay at Pop and it 2006 Pop had all of that in the back of the foodcourt. I was confused when I saw that ASM had refridgerators located inside their store as well with all the bottles pop and some other beverages as well. I like Diet Coke and a few times I wish I could grab a bottle of Diet Coke but it wasnt an option when getting a meal in the foodcourt. It had to be juice/milk/vitimin water/bottled water/powerade/V8/lemonade/iced tea, etc... I had my refillable mug if i wanted soda/pop.

I did redeem one breakfast for a QS meal. and they told me to grab 2 juices/beverages cause it was included. I got a lemonade and a orange juice. I was hoping i could get a cookie/dessert instead but they said no it had to be a drink.

No. No alcohol can be used on the dining plan. You have to pay out pocket for it.

how big is the fridge? Does it have room in the door to store items such as a carton of milk. My son has severe allergies and is on a very restricted diet and we need to bring some of his food from home so I'm trying to figure out how much storage spce we will have for the food. Don't hold me to this now, but I'm sure I remember hearing they were the dorm size. I'd guess them to be square and about 24x24 inches maybe?
