We will be staying at DL in June and will have the UMP. Can we go to DisneyQuest without paying extra? I see that it costs $20+ for kids and adults. Also, do we even want to spend any time there? Is it much more than a giant arcade? Thanks much.

I'm pretty certain that the UMP gets you into DQ; you can check Pete's site or Disney's to be sure.

DQ is pretty much a big arcade, but in Disney style. Interesting virtual reality stuff, human pinball machine, etc. About 4 or 5 floors worth of stuff. Worth a look, IMHO. Can get crowded at times.

Yes, the UMP gets you into Disney Quest.

DQ is much more than an arcade...but your interest in what's there is what dictates how long you will spend. We only were there for a few hours and wanted to go back but ended up not fitting it in....I think we could easily spend a whole day there.

I would highly recommend Disney Quest if your going with kids (although I had a ball too). My kids, 7 and 13 (boys) could not get enough of the place. We thought we would kill a few hours one evening and stayed 5 hours till closing (midnight). All my kids talked about was spending a whole day there. The arcade games are the absolute best but if your going with little ones, say under 6 or 7 they might find the games too advanced for them and hard to use due to their height ( a couple have ht restrictions). It is pay one price to enter then everthing except food/snacks was free. I found it well supervised and well worth the price. I am definently going back!!

When me and my hubby were on our honeymoon, we had the LOS pass which allowed us to go to DQ. I could have stayed the whole day in there. Besides having the Virtual Reality stuff (which made the hubby motion sick) they had all the old video games like Pac Man and Space Invaders there too. It was SO cool. The place is fun for all (Plus they have a small Cheesecake Factory outlet thingy there too!)

DQ is wonderful. They added it to the PAP this year for which I'm very grateful. I will often go there after the other parks have closed but I'm not yet ready to call it a night.
