Disneyquest vouchers

Ones anyone know if the vouchers for disneyquest in the package can be used for anyone? We bought waterpark fun and more tickets so these vouchers a re useless to us. I was thinking of letting my friend use them if able. Wasn't sure if they are linked to specific dates or people on original reservation

You need to redeem the voucher for a DQ ticket at the window, then you could hand off the ticket to someone else.. But they checked my resort ID (last year right before MB) when I was at the window, but the ticket was not checked when we went in, so you could give the actual ticket to your friend, but you need to redeem it.
