Disneyquest annual passes

Do they offer the disneyquest season passes to non fl residents? I thought i saw a link to buy the year pass on the WDW website last week, but not i cant find it, and the closest i can find is a pass for the waterparks/DQ for FL residents only.

if you go to disneyworld.com, and go in like your going to buy tickets, and they are listed with all the annual passes

here are the rates at the ticket window before tax:
Adult $79.00, child $63.00

Not sure if this helps, but DQ is also included in premium annual passes.
