Disneymoon!

Hi Folks,

I'm very excited to report our wedding has been booked for March 2011 and what was loosely being planned as a holiday to the world will now be our Disneymoon, yay!
So far I have compared prices for departure on Tuesday 3rd May flying with British Airways, staying at POFQ for 14 nights with 14 day Disney tickets and car hire which comes in at £3255. Does this sound reasonable? it will also be free quick service dinning.
I've chosen POFQ over Riverside, is this a good choice? Our little boy will be 15 months by then so if you have any prefered choices for us they will be very welcome as this will be our first onsite stay, so exciting

Congratulations on your wedding and Disneymoon.

We stayed at POFQ this year for the first time. We only got back 2 weeks ago and planned to stay elsewhere this year, but look at my ticker We loved it!

There is not really a bad building at POFQ and they are also starting a rehab on all the rooms this week which should be complete by the end of April. The resort was quiet and we were not bothered by noise at all.

I did a flight inclusive for our stay this October and paid £3280. I don't know how May and October prices compare, but it looks like a fair price to me.

Quick service dining was great for us. We do pay out of pocket for a few TS meals though but I just don't want to be restricted to reservations every day. Is there anything specific that concerns you or you are unclear on? We will all be happy to help you with (sometimes too much ) information. We especially love sharing excitement with each other too!

I loved POFQ as well and would def pick that over POR.

Hey!

We're getting married March 2011 too and having a Disneymoon!!

I'd be another one in the POFQ for a more romantic trip camp, but the mansions block of POR does look lovely too.
