Hiya

SO I'm planning our honeymoon trip in WDW. My Future DH is a nut about Disney (well so am I) and figured since we got engaged in Nov in Disney we should go there for our honeymoon!

I'm trying to decide which villa to stay at, leaning towards VWL. Any opinions on the SSR, BWV or BCV? We are defint. staying in a villa just have to pick one.

I'm also trying to find information on fun, romantic 'Adult' activites to do in Disney and surrounding area.... we went on the wishes cruise last year and I'm not sure what beats that as romantic but I'd love ideas!!

Planning 8-10days in NOV. Only time to go love the Christmas decorations!!!

I think I'm more excited about the trip than I am about the wedding... lol considering I have planned more for the WDW trip than the wedding

VWL is very romantic - well to me anyway - you might be surprised at even the DVC member who think this hotel is dark....

both the BCV and BWV are beach type places - light colors. you can walk to both Epcot and Studios from them (or boat).

the BWV is on the BW so if you night time activities you might like it.

I think the BCV is just more romantic. It is also quieter than the BWV.

SSR is the newest. It is walking distance to DD (so PI too).

you didn't mention OKW - it is pretty wonderful too!!! -

in price order less expensive to most
OKW
BWV-standard rooms (less than 20% of the villa)
SSR
BWV-pref, VWL and BCV - are all the same.

now if you are staying at VWL - then bike ride over to FW and enjoy it.

or walk over and take the boat back to VWL. (both free)

walk around the property at VWL it is just lovely.

be sure to do a resort tour.

be the flag family if you don't have a problem with heights (you go to the roof)

enjoy a drink while you watch the EWP.

there use to be a walking path through the woods from WL to FW - but the last time I looked it was closed (hurricane damage) so if it is open again go for it - it takes you (or did) near the lake.

the other walking path (also bike path) take you along the bus route to FW.
