Disneymoon surprise resort upgrade - Suggestions?

Hey all! We are having an at home Disney themed wedding and leaving on a 6:30am flight out the next morning, on our way to the Poly. Here's the surprise...Future DH thinks we're staying at the WL. WL is our favorite resort but a while ago I asked him, if you could stay at any resort, where would it be? He said Poly, but he just assumed I wouldn't go for it because of the extra cost. Well....I booked it for our trip and I can't believe I've managaed to keep it a secret for over a year now!! ( I'm actually started to get a little worried that he'll be disappointed that we're not going to WL but I can't think about that!)

So, here's where I need help. I have no ideas for the surprise. I wanted to wait until the last possible minute, like on the plane or at the magical express counter, then the other night I realized, our ME tags will say Poly on them (which he may not even notice, he is not that observant).

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this surprise reveal a good one?? I can't wait!! Thanks!

Maybe don't use the DME tags, or slip them on at the last minute. or I don't know how much it costs, but MEARS offers towncars or limos from the airport to Disney. Maybe you can have them tell him your going to Wilderness Lodge, but pull into the Poly and surprise him when he opens the door to the resort.
Or
Maybe make a cute, cheesy fake letter from his favorite character telling him that he's so lucky to have a great new wife that he's been upgraded to a new resort.
