I'm sure we all have (probably multiple copies) of the WDW vacation planning videos. I'm trying to find a vacation planning video for Disneyland. I can't find a link on the Canadian site and the US site says it's only available to US residents. If anyone can shed some light on this issue I'd be forever greatful. Thank you.

Here you go

I ordered that and never received it. Don't hold your breath.

You're not missing anything!

Ordered it last fall - it's the new & improved 50 year celebration version.

Ran less than 10 minutes:lmao: ...useless piece of fluff.

Where did you get this link? It is quite out of date. The order form asks when do you plan to visit Disneyland and the options are 2002, 2003, later.

The highlights section on the left has links to "stay 3 magical nights, get a 4th night free", a promotion which expired in April 2003, and to the "5 days for 3" pass which expired January 3, 2005.

That's unfortunate. They might have lost an opportunity to lure some of us WDW fanatics for a trip or two. They don't seem to market like WDW. I'd be more willing to plan a trip if I was afforded the same planning info that I get with my WDW vacation planning DVD.

Anyhow, I appreciate everyones help.
Thank you.

Sorry I'm bumping up an old thread. :bounce: I tend to only hang-out at the DL board.

The DL DVD can be ordered for Canadians at:

http://disney.ca/vacations/english/index.html

Click on Disneyland Home, and select the free DVD planner button. It's all pop-ups so I can't give you a direct address.

I don't know what a previous poster was saying about old years... they must not be on the right address because this one is definitely for 2006.

I do have the DVD, and it is only 10 minutes, but that's perfect for children. It certainly shows what is different at DL from WDW.

If you're looking for a great souvenir, no it's not like the WDW version. If you want to show the kids a hint of their trip to come, it's great. No one should complain about a free DVD -- they are marketing items so they are commercials.

Forgot to mention....

If you order the DLR DVD, it comes with a copuon for 20% off a Disneyland purchase of $100. Pretty good deal for a freebie :thumbsup2 It is current to this year only (expires Dec. 31, 2006).
