Oh, you know what? That's my picture and I didn't even realize the ToT was in it even just a little bit!! Isn't that funny? If I had noticed the ToT when I snapped it, I would have tried to get more of it in the frame! Thank you being observant and for pointing that out to me - I am obviously sleeping or something!! That is kind of cool now that you mention it!

You should be able to see the Wine Country Trattoria menu on AllEars.net. No, it is not terribly expensive at all. It is affordable, has nice outdoor seating with parade views and has good food - huge salads and a good meatball sandwich - and that Orange Sorbet! YUM!

That's right - we don't have the 3-hour waiting period rule for the Wild Card, right? We nixed that plan. It is just at random? Well, I guess that makes it exciting and mixes it up some but people have to act FAST to match around here!!

(And I picked a seahorse picture to post earlier because I thought it would be an easy and fast match for people!!!)

Oh yes! I am crazy too! I will take pictures of anything - moving or inanimate! Cows, bugs, pavement - whatever. Some of my friends don't understand why I take pictures of food items like a gingerbread man with Mickey ears, for example, and I say, "Well I HAVE to post it on the Disney message board," and they roll their eyes.

Oh no, it's not your fault, Teki! You are just playing the game. I think it was decided a while back that there would be no waiting period for the Wild Cards. Many, many pages ago, I remember some controversy with the thread, and it was suggested that there either be the 3-hour waiting period for Wild Cards to give people who had matches a chance to post, or that we only do the Wild Card once this entire thread moves onto the second page of the forum due to inactivity - to kind of bump it up and keep the game moving. Both of those ideas were ultimately scrapped, I THINK. I could be wrong. Without digging deep into the pages of this thread and going through each one, it is easy to overlook changes in the rules. But everything seems to be going along smoothly now, so if it ain't broke......

Actually, in the true spirit of game playing, doing the Wild Card randomly - with no waiting period or time frame put on it keeps things more exciting! People have to act quickly to post their match - and yes, some will not have a chance to post their pictures and others will be able to post a lot, but everyone will get a turn sooner or later because they may have a match that someone else does not have, and that's how games work. It's all timing and luck. Some folks excel and take the lead or make bold moves and others fall behind. That's how games work. So it will help to mix things up a bit, I'd say!!!


I am just happy I have been able to post anything at all! For a long time I either didn't have any current DLR photos to use to play the game with or I just didn't have what I felt were good matches (some folks get a little TOO loose in their interpretations of what a 'Match' is, I think! ). But now, if someone posts a cow picture, I can be quick on the trigger and match it!!!
