How do you rate their accuracy? Granted, I know it's all just estimates, but I used WDW Touring Plans to help me plan my last two WDW trips and found it rather accurate and helpful (I don't actual plug in and create plans, I look at crowd levels/wait times and make my plans).

I see conflicting info for the week of 4/4 on another crowd tracking site and was wondering which you'd lean on? Is It Packed? Touring Plans?

Is it packed is more generalized than Touring Plans - with only 4 categories vs. range of 1 through 10.

I think they set fairly decent expectations in terms of defining what a 3, 6, etc. will be like in terms of wait times and I think many people do not realize that a 2 still means a wait time for Radiator Springs can be 65 minutes and Star Tours 25 minutes - so it does not mean the parks will be empty by any means.

I don't think April 4th will be packed like Easter Monday will be packed but that is how Is It Packed operates - a much wider brush, whereas TP says April 4th will be a 5 vs. a 10 for Easter Monday.

You also need to factor in what is going on in the area - there are still some spring breaks going on at that time. This is an excellent thread to check against your potential dates:

Thank you - that explains why the Hilton properties by the conference center are sold out or have limited availability when I search that week.

TP for DLR is a much iffier proposition than it is for WDW. Last year, we were at DLR the second week of August, when TP predicted 5- or 6-level crowds. The reality was level 9. So the touring plan I had built was inaccurate, as well, because the FP return times they estimated were considerably different from the reality. For instance, my plan said that, if I grabbed a FP for Space Mountain at 11:30, the return time would be 2:20, and I built my plan for that time around that. In reality, the return time was 6:00, which messed up the plan for the whole late afternoon/evening.

Whereas using TP and building plans for WDW with FP+ guaranteed times was a much more accurate experience.
